We are currently hiring management team members, sales associates and interior designers to work at both of our locations - our flagship store at the Galleria in Edina, and at our newest location on Lake Street in downtown Wayzata.

RETAIL STORE MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER

As a Retail Manager or member of our management team, you may be responsible for some or all of the following responsibilities:

  • Merchandising
  • Managing our POS system, including processing sales and special orders, PO generation, receiving, inventory management
  • Personal sales floor coverage of 20-40 hours per week
  • Scheduling sales staff
  • Sales and marketing, including staff training and support, clientelling, events, promotions, social media and email marketing, advertising campaigns

Managers are supported by sales staff, web manager, social media manager, merchandising and receiving assistants. Mangers report directly to the CEO.

Required experience for store manager:

  • Two years retail experience, or one year in a luxury retail environment.
  • Management experience of 1 year or more.

RETAIL SALES/INTERIOR DESIGN - Children’s furnishings and apparel

Sales associates are responsible for sales of all of our products and services, including infant and children's fashion, shoes and accessories; bedding and home accessories; furniture, including cribs, beds, rockers and case goods; lighting; and interior design services. This is not a cashier position - our sales associates are known for providing our customers with a breadth and depth of product knowledge and excellent customer service.

We have openings for PT evening and weekend positions as well as full time flexible positions.

Strong computer skills, experience with children's clothing, and knowledge of textiles, furnishings and design are helpful assets.
