Oh Baby! Return Policy for Online Orders

ohbabystyle.com accepts returns within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You will be responsible for shipping charges if a return is exchanged. The following items are NOT returnable: hair accessories, furniture, personalized items, photo props, SALE items and custom items. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you need to notify customer service 612-816-5767 or orders@lauerstores.com within 10 days of receipt to file a claim.

Return Instructions:

1. Include your order number and/or packing slip inside your return package. Also, provide your contact information: name, address, phone and/or email address. (Items must be in the original packaging or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.)

2. Mail your return package to the following address, or you may also drop it off at any of our store locations.

3. Once we receive your return package and confirm it's eligible for return, we'll process your refund and send you an email confirmation. Once processed, refunds typically take 3-7 business days to show up on your credit card.

Oh Baby In-Store Purchase Return Policy

Oh Baby! accepts returns for store credit or exchange within 10 days of receipt.  No returns on hair accessories, furniture, photo props, sale items, personalized items or custom orders.  No returns on any special orders.
